Laptop Keyboard Only Working in BIOS - G14 2022

The built-in keyboard on my G14 2022 (GA402RJ) stopped working yesterday while I was using it (Windows 11). I assumed it was a hardware issue, but I noticed that it works in the UEFI boot settings. I'm at a complete loss. USB keyboards work fine in all scenarios. I've tried uninstalling drivers, reinstalling windows update, and re-flashing the latest BIOS. I've noticed that it stops working as soon as I "leave" the UEFI part of the boot process, as it doesn't work in any Linux distro I've booted from (Ubuntu, Arch) but seems to work fine in its bootloader (grub). It also stops working as soon as I boot into a Windows 11 installation ISO. No luck on the MyAsus WinRE diagnostic suite either (accessed from a Windows recovery boot).

I also reseated all of the physical keyboard ribbon cables on the motherboard in case any were loose (they were not). While I was at it, I unplugged the battery and held the power button for 60s to hopefully force something to reset. No luck there. Something seemed to happen to the keyboard on a firmware level (while the device was running Win11 and actively being typed on), as loading any kernel besides the basic one used during the UEFI process seems to make the keyboard not function. Any advice?
