Hello
I have had an Asus Zephyrus M GU502GV laptop for 3 years. Recently I have been having problems with the keyboard for about a month - the keyboard crashes from time to time. For about a year I had a problem with its lighting, which changed spontaneously and I had to change it manually in armory create to make it work properly. As a base, I have the permanent red color set to the highest brightness. Recently, when turned on, the keyboard changes its brightness to the lowest and every few minutes a "blue wave of color" scrolls through it. Quite randomly, sometimes during this "blue wave" the keyboard crashes and cannot be used, aka none of the buttons work. Recently, this has been happening even more often and the only way to "fix" the keyboard, at least for a moment, is to force the system to shut down by holding the power button. I have Windows 10, all driver updates have been performed for both Windows and the keyboard. I also checked its connection to the motherboard and everything is fine. I also changed the battery settings in Myasus because the laptop is constantly connected to charge, but it didn't change anything. I also recently uninstalled armory create and downloaded g-helper. It was fine for a while, but after two days the problem returned. The external keyboard connected via USB works flawlessly and nothing happens to it. What to do? I'm counting on help.
