Issues with sudden restarts on ROG Zephyrus 15

PikaPhantom

Hello! I've been experiencing sudden restarts when using my ROG Zephyrus 15 (model GA503RM) for a few months now after experiencing no problems for well over a year, and while I've slowly chipped away at trying some fixes, like reinstalling/updating drivers and disabling fast boot, nothing's really fixed the issue. When my laptop is plugged in, though, it never experiences the sudden restarts, but keeping it on the charger at all times is not really something I'm keen on doing, nor is it a luxury I can always guarantee whenever I bring my laptop to my college campus - for these reasons, I would like to try and address the issue without buying a replacement laptop, as it's really getting on my nerves. I've tried running hardware diagnostics in MyASUS, and every time it's told me that everything is fine on the hardware end, so I think my problems might be tied to firmware or software in some way. But I think it's also worth noting that when the restarts began, they only ever appeared to occur whenever my laptop played the ROG startup animation twice in a row before letting me sign in - if the animation played just once, which was rare, then I could use my laptop without fear of losing any progress due to a restart. This makes me think my problem could still be a hardware issue (especially because my first ROG Zephryus G15 was a lemon and had even worse issues, to the point it basically couldn't function without being plugged in after just a few months). Disabling fast boot has stopped this "doubleboot" animation, but the restarts persist, so I don't know if they're truly related. Does anyone here have any recommendations on other fixes I can try, like potentially rolling back the BIOS version my laptop is on? And if not, should I try my luck with ASUS customer support?
