Is everything pre-installed with the G16?

I recently bought a G16 and both Armory Crate and the Nvidia driver were not installed. Is this normal or should I ask for a replacement in case there's other stuff that I can't tell isn't installed?

(it has been acting bit slower than i expected so something might be off with it, or i just have my expectations set too high)

I'm not sure if the laptop you purchased is a version without a pre-installed operating system. 

Please download Armory Crate and the Nvidia drivers from the support page, and then adjust the GPU settings through Armory Crate to test the device's performance. This information is provided for your reference. Thank you!
