Hi everyone, I hope you can help me.
My Zephyrus G14 2021, model GA401Q, when I turn my screen from 60 to 144hz stops working. In the past months I've had, sometimes, flicketing problems. I kind of solved them updating the BIOS and the drivers. But after a while the problem came back in a more serious way.
Essentially, whenever I switch from 60hz to 144hz, everything turns black except for the upper part of the screen (as you can see in the pics). Right now, I'm sure that the drivers of the BIOS and the NVIDIA GPU are updated. When the laptop is at 60fps works completely normal.
I hope you can help me, since I can't really play like this. Also, I kindly ask to be as clear as possible when giving me any advice, since I'm not very practical. Thank you very much in advance!!
I am having the same issue with my 2021 G14 model GA410QM with it bugging out at 144Hz and it started on 7/8/2023
