I can't overclock the RX 6700S using AMD Adrenaline or MSI Afterburner. I tried AMD Overdrive and I get a artifacted blue screen at boot until I restore or uninstall with Safe Boot.
I don't have armory crate installed and I tried use DisplayDriveUninstaller twice to clean the AMD drivers and reinstall.
