Hi folks, really hope someone can help.
I did a fresh install of Windows using the system reset feature, did the full clean. However when my laptop finished reinstalling windows, I have found that the processor is constantly sitting at 3.8ghz, no matter the task or what fan mode I set it to.
I am not using throttlestop or anything like that, and my PC is not in max performance mode.
Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?
