GA503QR fans not ramping down

i bought a GA503 last month and noticed that even in silent mode and the gpu turned off with temps sitting at around 40C both GPU and CPU fans will randomly ramp upto 6000RPM and stay there until a full shutdown or if i go into the "Myasus" app and run a fan test, laptop has the latest bios and updates. running windows 11

Were they always like this or after a software update. My GA503QR hasn't done what you describe. I'm still on Win 10.

they've always done this since out of the box.

so i think i fixed it by creating a windows 11 install media and completely wiping the laptops drive and then installing the asus stuff one at a time, i think my OEM recovery partition had some bad files.

this only lasted one month, after updating armory crate the issues has come back.
