I switched my gpu power mod from standard to eco or whatever but switched it back to standard. now it would let me change the brightness of my monitor. also it says an intel monitor. anyone know how to fix this?

Soo i decided to reinstall the drivers I had downloaded awhile back and after restart it works seems like ti drivers may have crashed?
