I bought a brand new Zeph G16 and have been using it for almost a year now, and the audio glitch problem is driving me crazy, I tried un-installing the Intel Arc Driver according to some solutions found online and I have the Intel Arc device disabled in device manger at the moment, it does seem to "ease" the problem, but the audio glitch still happens frequently, as you can hear from the video I captured, about 2 seconds in, you can hear the audio glitch, I was just working in Google Word document with few browsers, Spotify, Discord, Slack and Parsec opened, not running any games or anything.
