sometimes can't wakeup after hibernate , and if I force shutdown by holding power button , it may stuck on white ROG logo, need multiple force shutdown before it can boot to windows

sometimes the IR cam stop working so you can't login by using windows hello after sleep/hibernate , I need use "usbtree" software to reset the IR cam USB port to get it back to normal
(I have external monitor PG34WCDM pluged on right side type-c , and only display on external monitor)
