G14 2022 KEYBOARD NOT WORKING

Recently when I boot up the laptop keyboard is completly out. No lights, no 1st lampsignal status illuminating, no HID in device manager, NO troubleshooting available in windows settings... What the hell is happening ?! Before I managed to fix it by holding the power button for 60sec and then it worked byt now even this does not help ! Don't ask me about drivers, software bioses everything is up to date, windows in brand new, reinstalling does not fix the issue. It started happening recently what may be the cause ???

Ok but g14 2022 doesnt have a hotfix available for keyboard. Also if I let the laptop cooldown (place some cooling plates under it) and if i wait for some time boom the keyboard works just fine. When its time to shutdown after some work, then turn on right after keyboard dead... When it works tho, it works no issues. There was a little ductape over my chip, which holds the keybard ribbon cable. Is it possible to interfere with the chip somehow ? And also good work that you find out the issue causing your problem, I don`t think I will try to re-solder or solder anything on that laptop. I still hope and believe that my issue is softwarish-firmwarish rather than hardware...

yes...you are right..exhaust all methods before my method.

Also that firmware update..u can ignore....what my problem really was that ITE chip holds the firmware and is IO for Keyboard..so if it gets bricked..only way to fix is to change it ...Or unsold and install firmware mannually.
