This problem has just started happening. Whenever I left click while in any game my game stutters for a millisecond and sometimes it isn't really noticeable but most of the time there is a visual stutter in the fps where it drops to 40 fps or 50 fps from 240 fps every time I left click. Here is what I am talking about. If you don't know rocket league I am left clicking whenever I boost. I checked everywhere for a solution, but I couldn't find anything. I've tried using a different mouse and restarting my laptop does nothing.
