External Monitor doesnt sleep when connected into the dGPU displayport

That is weird but here is what I found so far:

* Zephyrus g14 2023

* Asus Tuf Monitor vg34vql3a

On my laptop I have 2 USB-C/DisplayPort, the left side one is connected directly to the iGPU AMD and the right side is the dGPU NVidia RTX4060.

When I connect my external monitor at the right side USB-C/Displayport (dGPU) I will have this behaviors:

* Turn off laptop OR hibernate it the external monitor wont go 100% into the sleep/standby mode. It will keep the light white and shows NO SIGNAL then POWER SAVE MORE, stay this way for 5~10 seconds and then lights go amber/yellow and screen turns off BUT JUST FOR 2 seconds. Then light goes back to white and the cycle restart, NO SIGNAL then POWER SAVE MODE and this goes forever. So the external monitor will never really go and stay in the sleep/standby mode

* Now if I put the laptop in sleep mode (windows options) everything will work as expected, the external monitor will right away go sleep/standby more, with the amber/yellow light, and stay this way until I wakeup the laptop

So it is weird... now the funny part is that if I use the left side USB-C/Displayport (iGPU) the external monitor will behavior normally when the laptop turns off, hibernates or sleeps,meaning it goes 100% into sleep/standby mode with amber/yellow light.

I know that my external monitor doesnt have any problem, it is the right dGPU port that for some reason looks to keep sending some noise signal to the external monitor when the laptop is OFF, like when it hibernates or totally OFF, but for some reason when the laptop goes into the SLEEP more it wont send that noise/signal to the external monitor.

Anyone have/had the same weird behavior ?

Thanks.....
