Hi everyone,
I have Asus Zephyrus G15 (GA503RM). The USB-C ports are not working at all. And Device Manager in Windows 10 is showing a Code-43 error for the UCM-UCSI ACPI device. The error states that ''Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems''.
I have disabled and enabled, as well as uninstalled and installed the UCM-UCSI ACPI device. I have also re-installed the Windows 10. It seems that there is a hardware problem. Can anyone guide which component might have gone faulty and how to get repaired? My laptop is out of warranty.
