I have a problem where the built in keyboard randomly stops working. It might randomly start working again after rebooting many times, but this issue is rendering the computer useless.
This is NOT a windows issue, as the BIOS does not recognize the built-in keyboard either. I'm using the BIOS v415. which is the latest version for my model.
Is there anything I can do? The fact that the keyboard starts working again at random gives me hope that there is a temporary solution. I cannot fix it from Windows since my computer is bricked right now.
