Just got a new laptop for college 3 days ago its the 2025 Zephyrus G14 with Ryzen 9 5060 and 16gb. On the second day I was messing around on armoury crate when I synced my music to the keyboard and brought down the sensitivity to 25%. The computer immediately blue screened and showed me the logo and did it twice before I completely restarted the laptop. Today I was just watching something, I had about 2 tabs open, spotify and discord open while charging and felt my computer heating up. I unplugged the cable and the bluetooth mouse and continued to watch when out of no where I blue screened again. This time my laptop just shut off and turned back on.
I'm currently uninstalling armoury crate as I've heard online it has a lot of issues (Might use G-helper instead) but I need an opinion
Should I continue to stick with ASUS trying to just get rid of armoury crate OR should I just get a new laptop (same model or just different laptop overall). I'm probably still in time to exchange it as its been only 3 days.
