Hi, I purchased a new gm501 last month, and there's this one issue that's been driving me nuts.
When I try to wake the computer from sleep, or lift the lid after it has been closed for some time, the computer often displays nothing but black screen, with the fans whirring at maximum speed. The only action I can take is force restart the computer by holding the power button.
Can anyone help me fix the problem? I really don't want to go through a whole factory reset again.
