Hello!
I just recently got my Zephyrus G16 (GU605CR - G16.U95070TI) within the last month and unfortunately, I'm having an issue that is making my laptop completely inoperable. After swapping to Ultimate Mode through Armoury Crate and restarting the laptop, I have been stuck in a boot loop where it starts up, the keyboard lights up, the power indicator light turns on, the fans run, and the ROG Logo appears on the screen, but then the screen goes black for around 3 minutes until it repeats the boot process. I have tried to enter the BIOS menu, the Windows Recovery menu, and various other combination of keys I've found online. Namely from what I can recall, I've tried holding/spamming F2, Escape, F12, Delete, Backspace, and Control + R. Nothing seems to work and it still only shows a black screen even after all of these steps. I've also tried hooking up an external monitor and tried using Windows+P to get the monitor to work with no results, and even tried to blindly reset the BIOS, still nothing.
I, unfortunately, bought my laptop through Best Buy, so I'm not within my return policy anymore, and I was never informed about any protection plans through Best Buy during my purchase, so I don't have that option either. The clerk at my local store told me my best bet is to contact the manufacturer, but I was hoping anyone on this forum might have any answers for what I can do? I'm at my wits ends on what to do without contacting ASUS Support directly, so any support beyond what I've already tried would be greatly appreciated.
