I have a ASUS ROG Zephyrus S GX531GWR and recently I faced with a problem, a few days ago I was working with my laptop that GPU fan start to making a loud noise while I was not playing game with it, I was doing a light work with it, our power protection detect a high voltage and it cut off the electricity, this happened few times, I was thinking that maybe there is a problem with the laptop that this is happening, when I put the charger plug out, and unplug the charger from laptop, it goes off after 20-30 seconds, when I pressed the power button it did't turn on, when I plug the charger to laptop, the laptop turn on by it self, and the battery light was orange but not charging the battery and the windows battery icon shows 0% battery, I thought it was a battery problem, so I buy another battery and installed it, When I pressed the power button the laptop did not turn on again, I thought maybe battery is not charge, I plug the charger and laptop turn on by it self, in windows show battery 100% and when I unplug battery it stay for 5 minute and after that the laptop goes off, when I plug the charger into laptop the battery light first is orange and after that start to blink, I tried to uninstall battery driver from device manager and Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery and turn off laptop and press power button for 40-60 seconds to hard reset but problem didn't solved, Is this a hardware or software problem?
