Asus zepyhrus core ultra 9 with rtx 4070 stuttering problem while recording

Hello  
i was asking if any one know any solution for stuttering problem for asus zephyrus G16 core ultra 9 with rtx 4070 
, in games i notice it little, so no problem , but if I try to record my gameplay with any recorder, it will become unplayable. so please if you find any solution for this problem please let me know .

Make sure all your drivers (especially GPU and chipset) are the latest. Check if any mess up with your in-game and recording software settings. Inspect any Windows updates or background programs that might be causing lag. That's everything I can think of.
