Hi all, I bought the laptop about a half year ago and since then I have issues with random hard freezes and sometimes even blue screens. It is always occurring when I browse or watch a video - this even very consistently - I can't watch a video usually longer than 15 minutes until the laptop completely freezes and I need to reboot. If I play a game the system is working without any issues.
I had done in the meantime all checks I'm aware of:
- Factory reset with complete new installation of windows
- Checking for Driver Updates
- Using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera)
- ASUS System diagnosis didn't showed any issues on the hardware
As the last blue screen happend quite some time ago I unfortuantely don't have the error code it was mentioning.
Is somebody else having similar issues or has an idea how this can be fixed?
