I recently purchased a new-to-me Zephyrus Duo, equipped with 64 GB of RAM, 4 TB of storage, a 4090 GPU, and a Ryzen 7945 processor. Its an amazing computer, and the laptop is in flawless condition except for one issue: the Escape key is broken. The bracket on the bottom is damaged, and it's only held in place by the front bracket.
I'm familiar with desktop gaming hardware but new to laptop gaming. I’ve scheduled a Geek Squad appointment later this month to see if they can fix it. From what I understand, the entire keyboard may need to be replaced, but I'm hoping to find a replacement mechanism or parts on the ASUS website to fix it myself. Any guidance or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
