Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 (GU604VI) hang-up issue

My Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 (GU604VI) always hangs-up after some time (like 2 to 3 hours) of usage. Keyboard and touchpad are not responding. In order to proceed, I have to force shutdown (holding the power button) and power on again. Anyone facing the same problem? How can I solve this issue?

Had the same problem. The reason was that I installed "Kingston ValueRam" RAM. The problem was repeated with two different sets of 16x2.
Now the "Hynix" RAM is installed, there are no freezes.
