Hi everyone.
I recently purchased a Asus Rog Zephyrus G16 - GU605MI and am getting to know the equipment. With all the drivers and software updated this problem happened once and today it came back again.
I'll post some images to illustrate what happens, but will also explain here in a nutshell.
Even plugged with energy the screen turns black, don't know if it enters sleep mode or something, and then I can't bring it back. The keyboards lights keeps blinking and the equipment seems on, then the only option is to turn it off with the power button.
Then when trying to turn it back again it remains a while without showing any signs of power. If I let it cool down for sometime and try to turn in on again it returns. The last time I noticed one of the backlights blinking as well and the temperature was somewhat hot.
I think the images will help to figure out, and I'm sending a message to ASUS as well. Please, let me know if any of you have the same problem and possible solutions to it, since the purchase has less than a month.
