if its in your budget and price range its worth it, i bought mine in 2024 with a 4080 and its going strong its such a powerhouse it should last 7 years (at least from my purchase date)
since i upgraded from a laptop with a i7-6700hq and gtx 1070 after 7-8 years and this is on par with high end desktops cpu performance wise

Its definitely a beast and one of kind laptop. If u get the rtx 5090 version, this laptop will crush everything u throw at it and I can see it being someone's main laptop for a good 2-3 yrs maybe even upto 5 yrs but hard to say with technology changing so fast.

Idk about other games, but Hunt Showdown is very CPU intensive game. You'd better take something with AMD X3D chip, which would give you the best performance possible on the laptop. If taking the game out of question, the DUO is a good productivity device first, then a gaming machine. So, if besides gaming you plan to use the laptop for spreadships, coding and stuff, the dual monitor setup would be great for you.
