I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my GPU since I ran the benchmark on Assasin's Creed Valhalla and got 30FPS at 1080p with .9 resolution scalling at high as well as ulta. Difference in FPS between high and ultra settings was around 10 to 15FPS.
I also tried playing Evil Within 2 with ultra settings and got only 25FPS.
Since my graphics in 3070Ti people have gotten better FPS.
I have tried the below things for optimization:
Fresh install of windows as well as bios update
DDU for fresh install of drivers
I installed MSI after burner for undervolting but then I realised from Armory Crate that the GPU is not consuming alot of voltage. Also whenever I run my benchmark or sames the GPU drops the clocks rate drastically
