These laptops are know to have really buzzy / distorted speakers...
I found a EQ workaround, that improved mine by 100%... So I saved a settings for when using speakers, and I use the default settings when using headphones.
Anyways. I am attaching a picture with the EQ that worked for me.
Launch Sonic Studio, included in the BLOATWARE package of the system.
The high/mid range frequencies arent supported well by the stock speakers... So lower the amplification to very low on said frequencies...
Attached is a picture of the settings that made me happy.

****** Improvement... after testing more stuff, I lowered some frequencies even more. So far its acceptable...
I dont expect any laptop speakers to be great, but the distortion / buzzing are not acceptable... Working great so far!
I might spend some time on OllyDBG and IDA, and find a real more permanent lower level /driver patch fix. for us... I just need some free time !

have one better!! Buy decent BT speaker....Sucks but that' s the only thing that made me happy. G751 series were OK as in mediocre end of pitiful, then in comes G752 and its been crap ever since.
