Hello,
since several weeks the left USB-C (using the AMD iGPU) got defectice.
Hooking up my laptop to a LG TV via USB-C to HDMI Adapter and a HDMI cable to watch a movie, suddenly the picture got black and the laptop lost connection to the TV. Since then I couldn't get any picture signal to an external monitor or TV.
I tried Like 10 different HDMI to USB-C or DP to USB-C Adapters or cables and nothing worked ever again.
The HDMI Port ans right USB-C port running through the dgpu are totally fine.
Yes, I'm using the Laptop in Eco Mode. 😉
How can I fix this issue?
Is this Software- or Hardware-related?
