Hello,
I have a GX550-LXS and I am having this problem and really don't want to reinstall windows; the up arrow key is functioning as page up, down key as page down, left key as home and right key as end key. I can use function + up or down to change the brightness on the keyboard without any problems. Even with an external keyboard the problem persists. Please help me resolve this issue.
