Armoury crate Bug? Zephyrus S GX531GW_GX531GW - solved?

Hello i recently (last thursday) bought a new asus Zephyrus S with an RTX 2070 Max-Q, on first boot, the Armoury crate could open without any problems, then i updated the pc, (normal stuff) and on the second boot, i pressed armoury crate botton and it's showing the logo, but the program it's not working
i can use the turbo mode and the normal mode, through shortcut's but dunno why the armoury crate doesn't show up.
i installed again all, and this still happen

Hi, I have the same laptop, i also had the same issue, but i could not change profiles at all, the only way i could get it to work again was to reinstall the OS.

By the way, how are your thermals?

the problem was resolved by simply updating the BIOS to 305 and then unistalling armoury crate service and installing it again, also don't forgive to update everything.
my thermals from 60ºC to 80ºC on turbo with the RTX on maximum too.
