2023 G16 - Try to run Dual Channel or Max Out Ram?

Hi all!  

I have a ROG Zephyrus G16 GU603VI 2023 model.  I want to upgrade the RAM, but the last time I put ram into a PC was over 20 years ago...Yeah...Im lost haha. 

I mainly use this for video editing and general computing, but I lean on it a bit when I edit and process.  I also do some modeling and CAD work occasionally.  

Im trying to determine if I should add 16 gb ram, so it will run in dual channel mode (will it do that?) or if I should just get 32 gb and max the laptop out at 48 gb.  

Does anyone have any input on this?  And can someone point me to ram that is compatible for whichever path I should take?  Like... a link haha.  When I search there are SO many choices I get turned around.

Oh basically from what I gathered x8 and dual ranked is better and offer slightly more performance than single ranked ram. To find out which one you got from Amazon go to CPU z , hit the spd tab, show and make sure to select the new ram you put in which is in slot 2 I think not the soldered one of course. And post the screenshot here I'm curious cause i can't find a clear answer on what ppl are getting when they buy that ram it seems to be random lol like that description of the ram you posted "can be built either single or dual ranked". I want to know before buying myself cause there's also another one from Amazon where you're guaranteed to get dual ranked but it's 41 dollars so more expensive.
