My 4080 G16 has been shutting down when I'm playing games, there is no BSOD or warning, the screen simply turns black and the fan noise stops suddenly. I've tried pretty much everything like clean windows install, Asus Cloud recovery, old drivers, new drivers, removed extra ssd, replaced original ssd with another, removed external monitors, tried all performance modes and nothing seems to help. It doesn't seem to be overheating, I also tried using a IETS500GT cooling stand but the problem persists. Unfortunately I can't send it back to Asus because it was purchased in the US and I brough it back to Brazil.
Is there anything that can be done in this situation? Has anyone been through this and found a solution?

- Are there any external monitors or other devices connected? Yes, but the shut downs also happen when there's nothing connected to the laptop.

I also have taken .wim logs after the shut downs, i can send them via private message to see if it helps with the diagnostic. Thank you!
