So here's what happened ,

Got a GL753VD, ran it for a couple of days, and one fine day , while watching a video , I get a BSOD (Report below.)

Tried to clean uninstall the drivers, installed the latest ones , but to no avail. The driver doesnt seem to work now. It says there isnt an nvidia GPU attached.

Here is the Crash Dump report :

crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\052017-35765-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys (nvlddmkm+0x97A074)
Bugcheck code: 0x116 (0xFFFFC0800797B310, 0xFFFFF8058DAAA074, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009A, 0x4)
Error: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
Bug check description: This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys .

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i need the GPU running.

Hi Foxtwofoxtwo, to resolve using a display attached to an Nvidia GPU Error on GL753VD error, one needs to install NVIDIA Driver. We hope that through it, you are not currently attached to an nvidia GPU error will be resolved. This can be done by tapping the Windows Logo Key and R on the keyboard where a run box pops up, so just write devmgmt.msc inside the box before tapping Enter. Now look for the Display Adapters and double-click, then right-click on your NVIDIA Product and the Display Adapters that you will find below the option of Uninstall Device. Now press the option of Yes to go on and uninstall before you are about to start your PC. Just tap the Windows Logo Key and R. Type devmgmt.msc inside the Run box and Enter it. In the end, press Action ->Scan for hardware changes for Windows to install a generic driver for your PC and check to see if that the NVIDIA Control Panel see if it opens without showing you the error.
