Windows 11 unable to find output devices

Hi everyone, I have an ASUS ROG Strix G614J laptop.

It’s been a couple of days since I heard the audio. Neither with the speakers nor with the headphones. In fact, on the taskbar, the audio icon has a cross above it. I tried everything: go to device management by removing and reinstalling the driver, I looked for updates on Windows Update and MyASUS. Always the same result.

I’m 100% sure it’s not a hardware problem because when I turn on the computer, before you load the operating system, the logo of the ROG appears accompanied by a sound.

Another problem is that on the ASUS web page to download drivers, it leads me to an app from the Microsoft Store which is already installed on my computer but opening it appears this error: "Realtek Audio Console does not support this computer".

Do you know if there has been any problem with some recent Windows updates?

What else could I do before proceeding with the extreme option of formatting it?

Thank you.
