I’m using ROG Strix G16 G14JV (2023), running on Windows 23H2 couple of days ago i’ve noticed that my WiFi on the laptop started working much slower. Average speed on laptop was about 40Mgbts, while my phone having around 450Mgbts, so i’ve decided to update WiFi drivers, after this my WiFi completely stopped working, for this 3 days i’ve reset my Windows for about 8 times, and every single time i was trying to setup the older drivers so maybe it could help WiFi to work, but in fact it didn’t helped me at all, after resetting, my Windows WiFi works for a couple of minutes and than completely breaks, in WiFi settings there is “No internet, secured” for this moment i don’t have any ideas to fix this issue, kindly ask for help

And i want to make clear, that WiFi always worked fine I’ve also ran diagnostics for internet connection in my BIOS, so the issue is probably in drivers or in Windows operating system.

SOLVED So the issue was really mysterious. The way i’ve solved it, i updated my BIOS to 330 version from the Asus support site (i was at 229) but i don’t think it really matters. I completely reset my system, and i haven’t used Windows reinstall option, instead, i’ve made a new bootable USB, and i boot my system from there, after installation, i shared Wireless LAN Drivers from the Asus support site, via USB drive, after installation WiFi was restored, like all these times before. BUT i have an external monitor for my laptop, which i connect by displayport 1.4, and every time i’ve managed to reinstall my system and restore my WiFi connection, after setting up my monitor, WiFi stopped working, every time, just after this, but i didn’t ever consider my monitor to make such issue, but after My ASUS application’s diagnostics, by internet connection there was a text that said that i may have issues with WiFi connection because of the USB 3.0 devices in my laptop i immediately understood that it’s my monitor issue, i unplugged it, and WiFi came back to work, after research i understood that many people had this issue, my monitor running at 180MhZ, and the updated WiFi adapter at 190MhZ, so i believe it’s the point of some kind of incompatibility between them, the solution was really easy, i simply unplugged my monitor, shaked the displayport cable, overturned it around and plugged back, everything backed to work, i had some interferences on the monitor, so i plugged the cable in another usb-c socket without DP mark, and everything worked perfectly, without any interruptions. I really happy it’s finally solved, but i have spent so much time on this issue senselessly. And it’s really sad that i had to solve this issue on my own, I haven’t received any help from ASUS support team at all 😞

And probably the most interesting part, that i didn’t mentioned before is that, when i reset my windows, and setup new one, when it comes to connect to the internet it’s fine, and it could download all necessary updates, but when it finish the downloading and let me use my computer and the system, 2 minutes and WiFi completely dead, but 1 time in this 2 minutes i even managed to download the “My Asus” app from the Microsoft store, but it was too late to sign in.
