i supposed you got a 19,5V 7,7Amp 150w power adapter, i got a same but too many problems until i got a 230w 19,5v 11,8Amp and all of the problems i have disappear and got 3 RMA to Asus and they don´t seem to hnow the problem you can buy that in many on line places

I ended up ordering this one below. Asus support chat said it's fine. They don't even have the oem charger to sell...weird
