What's the best way to clean the case of a G75VW?

Greetings! I'm new to the forum, and I'm seeking advice about how to clean my G75VW. I've had it for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it! I'm familiar with methods to clean the LCD, but I'm concerned about trying to clean the case. Specifically, the palmrest has some buildup where I place my hands to type - I know, gross, but it happens, right?

Before I make any attempts that might damage it, I'd like to know what the best and/or safest way would be to clean it. A homemade 1:10 alcohol/water solution with a soft cloth? Just a soft cloth dampened with water? A commercial product?

I prefer just water and a microfiber cloth
for the screen alcohol 99% (not rubbing alcohol 70% has a light oil, not good for screen), what Asus uses to clean screen before it leaves the factory.
