My Rog Strix G17 (3060) had this problem right after I bought it. Screen off time was set to 30m but once or twice screen turned black (it's lit but black) when I tried to use laptop but couldn't see desktop so had to hard reset. Since this problem persists, I turned off screen off function and made it never. It went like this for more than a year, then I wanted to try it again to save energy. Today had same problem but this time couldn't solve it. I connected to TV with HDMI to see if it worked and at first I got logging screen but without wallpaper and extreme big. After login desktop had so low resolution that my files etc. completely filled it and nothing responded settings included. I just let it be for a 3-4 hours and tried again with remote desktop. This time I got my normal desktop but screen was lit but black andresolution was 1024p and this was highest. I turned off screen off function and tried to restart a couple of times but problem persists. Eventually I couldn't get normal desktop, first problem persists. When it's first problem, I can't reach safe mode or BIOS. What should I try? Any help would be great.
