Got brand new GL531GT. Disabled secure boot and fast boot, but no CSM option appears in BIOS. BIOS is version 300. I see version 304 is available for download. Will that make CSM available or has ASUS, in its infinite wisdom, removed it?
I'm trying to boot some legacy multi-boot thumb drives. I really don't want to have to upgrade to UEFI Yumi and rebuild all of my thumbdrives. #@$&!
Seems like no one cares about the customer any more. Not happy about the non-removable battery either. When all manufacturers do it, how can the "market decide"? If they did remove it, I bet they are acting in lockstep with other manufacturers so we have no alternative.
