Usb power after shut down

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask you for help to understand how I can power the USB ports after turning off the PC, at the time of purchase the USB ports charged the devices even after turning off the PC, after doing a Windows 11 update they no longer charge. I searched in the bios but I can't find any options, I'm using the TURBO profile on armoury crate

this is my laptop: ASUS ROG Strix G16 Intel Core i9-13980HX | 16GB RAM | 1TB SSD | NVIDIA RTX 4080 | Windows 11

 I've already tried, I've tried all the "classic" solutions that are on Google/Reddit.

Hmmm  Wonder what the issue is then.  Do be careful with ASUS USB Charger Plus.  It completely disabled my keyboard on my laptop and had to do a restore point from safe mode.

I don't know what happened, the strange thing is that this problem appeared after the Windows update, before the update the USB gave power after the shutdown
