some weeks ago the USB ports at the right hand side of my G835LX laptop stopped working with USB devices.
The Logitech G Pro mouse receiver is not recognized by Windows 11 and fails with error code 43. It started when I switched the USB port of the mouse receiver to plugin my Wacom tablet by cable.
Moreover, neither the receiver of a Rapoo wireless keyboard is recognized (no error raised at all) nor my Wacom tablet (also no error displayed).
All devices are working as expected using the left-hand side USB port or other (older) Asus laptops. Note: USB 3 HDDs/SSDs work fine using the right-hand side ports.
However, the device receivers work using a quite old USB 2 Hama Hub plugged into any of the right-hand side USB ports.
I tried the following to fix this issue but it did not helped: - uninstall all USB Root Hub and extensible host controllers using the device manager. (Reinstalled by Windows) - uninstall/reinstall Logitech drivers/G Hub software - update BIOS to version 327
What I have not tried so far (and I hope to avoid) is: Reinstalling Windows 11.
