I bought and installed a set of Kingston Fury 2 x 16GB (32GB) DDR5 MT/s RAM, but Task Manager is showing that this kit is only operating at 4800 MT/s instead of 6400 MT/s. I went into the BIOS, but I don't see any options to adjust the RAM speed or enable XMP. How can I get this laptop to use 6400 MT/s speeds? It's advertised on the product page that these laptops can go up to 6400 MT/s. So, how/where do I find the options to achieve that?

Hello,
The intel CPU is only able to use 6400 if you install CSODIMM memory modules. (BIOS does not have XMP)

Thank you for letting me know. After searching, I see this type of RAM is hard to obtain right now. I only see that Crucial is producing a limited amount of them. It's only available at Microcenter which isn't close to me and they aren't offering shipping. I found some SKHynix 6400 MT/s RAM on eBay but the prices are crazy. I guess I'll wait until it becomes more available.

Yeah it's still quite recent for laptops so definitely wait.

By chance, did you try setting XMP in Intel XTU? I have the 275hx/5070ti model and while the BIOS does not have XMP options, XTU definitely has the option to change RAM profiles
