Does anyone experience this, I have an Strix G15. My touchpad works perfectelly fine for any task and in any application except when I watch videos on youtube using any browser (Chrome, Microsoft edge). When I am playing videos on youtube, my touchpad freezes however my external mouse is working normally.
This issue is consistent every time I am on youtube watching videos.
I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers. I have also tried updating it. I have already reinstalled Windows 11 and scanned the issue using windows security.
I really need your advice on this.
