This issue occurs after I uninstall realtek x-fi mod driver. I've been trying to install a bunch of realtek drivers( include driver in Asus cd); however, It does not work. Please help! Thanks a lot!
Ps: I've updated my bios to ver 209.

I just thought of something else related to the BIOS. Enter your BIOS and "Load Optimized Defauts", then Save & Exit. Does this resolve your issue?

The fact that THX TruStudio doesn't allow you to change configuration indicates to me it is borked in some fashion. I would try uninstalling it and using CCleaner to hopefully clean up the registry.

Alternatively, installing the Free or Paid version of THX TruStudio PRO may restore functionality.

Personally, when I did a clean install of Windows 7, I did not install THX TruStudio and just configured the graphic equalizer in Realtek HD Audio Manager to approximate the bandwith volumes shown on the THX TruStudio Image (i.e increase the bass and treble and reduce the mid-range, forming a "U" shape with the volume buttons). I cannot tell the difference, plus I have the option to adjust the equalizer, a feature not available when you use THX TruStudio.

Problem solved! I've realized that the mod driver created a hidden folder into folder " Programdata" located in C drive. All I had to do were deleting it and reinstalling THX Trustudio. After rebooting the machine, this program functions properly. Thanks anyway!;)

1) Does your audio function?

2) How is THX TruStudio configured?

3) How is the Realtek HD Audio Manager configured? Screenshots for both utilities will be useful here.

4) Are there any Errors or Warnings in System and Application Event Logs that point to a troubleshooting direction?

5) Alternatively, does uninstalling THX TruStudio from Control Panel, REBOOT, and installing the Free or Paid version of THX TruStudio PRO resolve your issue?

My audio is working properly.
The configuration of realtek manager is default.
THX does not allow me to choose devices, so I can't adjust anything.
I do not see any errors or warnings that come from troubleshooting.
Ps: I received the same response from THX pro.
