Thunderbolt Port not working

I have a new ROG G18 G814JIR. Everything works great except the Thunderbolt port. I have an Anker Thunderbolt 4 Hub (778). Currently there is a DP monitor, and a USB drive plugged into the hub. None of which come online when I plug the hub into the TB port on my laptop. All software is up to date.
