hello everyone! I ran into a problem that my processor was getting up at a frequency of 0.4 GHZ.I went into Intel XTU and did a quick test. It showed that I have thermal throttling, although the processor temperature was not more than 70 degrees (screenshot attached) What should I do in this situation?

idk if it is normal, but after i updated bios with the new code, my 13700k is going 90-100c and throttling. During gaming and stress tests. I talked to intel and they told me to run xtu. Im passing all tests, but it thermal throttles, current throttling and power throttlng.

From what I gathered, pushing the laptop CPU´s to the limit is normal today under load. Every thermal headroom is used to get maximum performance under load. So the CPU is pushed until it throttles. But. If you use Armoury crate, you can cap the thermal max to a value you think is OK for you. Both CPU and GPU. The other thing is ambient temperature and humidity, which can radically increase the CPU/GPU temperatures, or the temperature spikes (when a thermal spike occurs, the CPU/GPU starts to throttle). The other problem could be the new BIOS. Did you try to roll back to the previous version and retest?

Ah, thanks for the tip! I will try a roll back later.
