The right channel speaker does not have sound on My brand new ROG strix G17

Hi guys I bought a laptop in Germany a couple of days ago, I fired it up updated everything , widows ,armoury crate ,my ASUS even from Microsoft store and the speaker drivers also. the right channel does not have sound I checked device manager and uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but still nothing. what else should I do ?

If you hear a sound from the right channel when you turn on the laptop on the boot up logo than is software problem if you dont hear any sound so can be hardware and better change it

Welp that's what i feared , i am in another country now so that is not an option , i will remove the back and hopefully its just left unplugged

You have international Asus warranty check in you country where you can send your laptop 

Use MyAsus application and check for locations of service's in your country
