Terrible system latency after reinstall, wdf01000.sys, nvlddmkm.sys, dxgkrnl.sys

I reinstalled windows 10 (tried 11, the same problems) - it made my DAW unusable, terrible crackles and pops no matter the buffer setting. Games also run with high FPS, but there's noticeable stuttering in sound.

Tried updating drivers, disabling nvidia drivers, multiple reinstalls, troubleshooting LatencyMod and others **bleep** - no luck, the problem persists.

From what I could tell from LatencyMod, the culprits might be:
wdf01000.sys
nvlddmkm.sys
dxgkrnl.sys

I'm at my wit's end, does someone has any clue what the **bleep** is wrong?
My guess, besides what LatencyMon says, is - it could be something to do with power stuff, I would get similar problems when I would run the laptop on battery and low power settings, but never plugged in.

It's a ASUS Strix G15 G512LW:

RTX 2070
16GB
couple of SSD'S

I will post a run of LatencyMon, I really hope someone could help me figure this out, I really don't want to replace the laptop and this makes me unable to make music
