Stuck on Eco mode and stuck on black screen when using integrated graphics

I powered on my ROG Strix Scar 16 2025 while using a USB-C charger for power, and this seems to have bugged the ability to run screen output on integrated graphics. I was able to get output to an external display while I was on hybrid mode, but while I was troubleshooting I accidentally entered Eco mode, and now I can only see the initial boot logo on my laptop screen and the windows login screen on my external display. Logging in makes the external display go black. Supposedly the windows login screen will use the discrete GPU.

I can enter the BIOS, but my screen is black and I cannot see what I am doing in there. I am hoping I can reflash the BIOS to reset the graphics mode, or maybe there is a keyboard shortcut I can use with G Helper? I am currently on the latest BIOS if anyone wants to give me the exact set of keyboard strokes I would need to navigate to change the setting in the BIOS, as wel.

Did you manage to find the right hot key combo? having almost the exact same issue

I tried a ton of fixes for this, the only thing that ended up working for me was hooking up an old mini-USB monitor that has its own display driver. I was able to see on that screen and get back to ultimate mode.
